If your piece arrives damaged during transit, contact me within 2 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue together.

Cancellation Policy
Energy exchanges may be withdrawn within 24 hours of initiation. After this period, the creation has already begun aligning with you, and cancellation is no longer possible.

How long will it take to receive my creation?
Because your piece is not mass-produced, timing may vary. Most creations are prepared and sent within 2-3 weeks. You will receive a message when your creation is on its way and/or if there may be a delay. Feel free to email and ask this question before initiating an exchange!
